Scale-accurate 2D plan sheets on your Mac. Draw it, dimension it, print it at exact scale.
Requires macOS 14.0 or later. One-time purchase — no subscription.
Import an STL, OBJ, or USDZ file and Drafting Table projects it into a measured 2D line drawing — real dimensions, straight from the model geometry. It's how the app's own icon was made: a drawing, by the app, of a drafting table.
Bring in a PDF or image as an underlay, then calibrate it with two clicks and one real-world distance. From that point on, everything you draw and measure on top of it is true to scale.
Lines, dimensions, annotations, tables, and scale bars, with snapping to keep it all tidy. Dimensions read true to the model — what the sheet says is what the thing measures.
Sheets export as true-vector PDF or PNG and print at exact scale, so a drawing marked 1:10 comes off the printer at 1:10. Take it to the shop and put a ruler on it.
Title blocks, site plan, shop drawing, cut list, assembly and parts list, cover sheet, and detail sheet — start from a real sheet instead of a blank page.
Documents are ordinary .plansheet files on your disk.
